What? Does that even exist? What's inside them? I'm glad you asked.

Bananas are known for their potassium. Did you know they are full of vitamin B6, vitamin C manganese, and fiber too? They promote good digestion and energy, but are still sweet. Any size banana works. It depends on how bananay you want it to be.
Oatmeal is good for the heart, also full of fiber and energy. Make sure you buy the whole grain healthy kind that DO NOT come in little packages, instead get the old-fashioned steel-cut ones.

After blend the cup of oatmeal until it is powdery and looks like flour with a blender, food processor etc. Chop up your banana into coins and throw it in the blender with the oatmeal. (Don't really throw it unless you want to clean it up.) Blend until the consistency is at your preference, or for at least 30-60 seconds. Taste and adjust to your liking.
These cookies might be a little bland so mix in toppings like raisins, chocolate chips, nuts etc. Blend in peanut butter! You can stop right here and eat this gooey mess. It tastes pretty good... OR you can plop them onto a flattened cupcake wrapper thingy, or on a tray covered in foil, or on a cookie sheet or...however creative you want to be (just don't burn the house down) and place them in your oven. Bake for 15-25 minutes. (15 is for more a muffiny texture, 25 is more crunchy), although it might very depending on your oven. Voila its a healthy cookie that counts as a meal since it's like a baked bowl of oatmeal.

I put chocolate chips on mine!
So Vy, how did you come across such geniusness? While I was on blogilates.com a health and fitness blog,I came across the recipe. Since I'm such a lazy person, and it looked pretty easy I gave it a try. I loved them even more since I didn't burn them on the first try. The world and I thank you Cassy Ho (creator of blogilates) for these cookies. All credit goes to her!
